Warehouse mapping allows sellers to map their Shopify warehouse to TikTok Shop. This can help with inventory management so that when orders are generated, the stock level will be automatically updated. What's more, mapping will allow your TikTok Shop orders to be shipped from and returned to the correct locations.

How to Add and Map Warehouses on TikTok Shop

1. Once you sign up to TikTok Shop, you will be promoted to add in a warehouse for your TikTok Shop. You can add in different locations for pick up vs drop off.

2. To get started, go to: Shopify > TikTok > Shop Management > Shop settings > Fulfilment > Warehouse settings and press [Edit].
   
3. You will need to add one warehouse for Pickup and one for Returns. The addresses on both these warehouses can be the same. Click on [Add warehouse] to fill in these details.
4. Next, you will need to map these warehouses to your Shopify warehouse to ensure they are both the same across the 2 platforms. Go to [Edit] to select the warehouses for Pickup and Returns that match with the warehouses in Shopify and [Save] your changes.
