Shoppable Videos from Shopify
To help Shopify sellers succeed on TikTok Shop, we are making it easier to create and publish engaging product content. Many sellers already have high-quality product videos on their Shopify storefronts that showcase and promote their products. With this new feature, sellers can automatically publish these existing videos to TikTok Shop, reducing the need to create new content from scratch and helping products go live faster on the platform.
Once enabled, your existing Shoppable Videos from Shopify can automatically sync to your linked TikTok Shop Seller Center. After syncing, videos can be automatically published to your TikTok Shop account based on your posting schedule which you can control

Once enabled, your existing Shoppable Videos from Shopify can automatically sync to your linked TikTok Shop Seller Center. After syncing, videos can be automatically published to your TikTok Shop account based on your posting schedule which you can control
Key things to know:
- Each video will only sync once
- Videos can sync to only one TikTok Shop account, helping prevent duplicate posts across multiple accounts

How does the feature work?
This feature might be automatically enabled for some sellers. If it is not enabled for your account, you can manually turn it on by following the steps below.Prerequisites
- You must have linked your TikTok account to your TikTok Shop before enabling auto-posting. This is to allow videos to be automatically published to your account.
How to enable the feature?
- Sellers can enable the feature by going to: Shopify > TikTok > Shop Management > Shop Settings > Shoppable content
- Sellers will see an option called [Auto-post shoppable content to TikTok] and will need to turn the toggle on.
- Once enabled, you can customise how many videos are synced from Shopify to TikTok each day and set the posting schedule for when those videos will be published to your TikTok account.

- The seller can disable the feature at any time by turning off the toggle button. This will mean that any scheduled posts will stop and not be posted to their TikTok account, unless the feature is enabled again.

How to Manage Videos
To manage your synced videos, go to: Shopify > TikTok > Shop Management > Shoppable Video → Manage Videos
Video Syncing
Eligible videos are automatically synced from your Shopify store to the [Manage videos] tab.- Only videos linked to active and valid products will sync.
- Syncing happens continuously, meaning newly eligible videos will automatically be added to this tab.
Auto Posting vs Manual Posting
You can choose to automatically publish videos or post them manually.- Only videos for products that have not previously had a Shoppable Video posted will be automatically added to your posting schedule. Auto-posting applies only to the first Shoppable Video for each product and will be displayed under the [Scheduled] heading.
- Videos for products that have previously had Shoppable Videos posted must be posted manually and will be displayed under the [Ready to post] heading.

- For each video, sellers can press [Edit] to:
- Add captions
- Add hashtags
- Adjust scheduled posting times
- Publish immediately
