      FAQs

      1. How do Instagram product tags get mapped to TikTok Shop?
Mapping means we first identify the products tagged in your Instagram content and then match them to the equivalent products in TikTok Shop, assuming you have already listed those products on TikTok Shop (TTS). After syncing, only products listed on TTS will be tagged.
      1. How many posts will be posted per day?
By default, the system posts 5 times per day. You can adjust this setting in your configuration to post anywhere from 1 to 20 posts per day.
      1. Can I choose my own music?
Currently, the audio is auto-selected from TikTok's approved music bank.
      1. How much of my Instagram content will be synced?
We currently ingest the most recent 12 months of data from Instagram at the time of account authorisation. Older content beyond this window will not be synced.
